Last saturday evening I was surprised to recieved an sms from a good friend. Good thing I was close to the vicinity on where they are and decided to join in. Pretty much amused coz most of my "old" party peeps were present. So there we are saying our hellos and decided to go to a new place that a friend suggested. When we got there....everything wasn't bad....and it isn't as good as we expected either. The place were pretty secluded for it was located somewhere hidden from the usual accessable genre kinda place. The place is called Don Juan....whatever that means...the place is pretty small for my idea of a resto but still it has an ambiance that's destinct to its own. It's kinda intimate in a friendly way. We ordered burger steak, pork chop, calamares and chicken wings which I think tasted no difference from your usual food joints. The only difference I noticed is the glass in where they put the ice tea....kinda look like a potion bottle. Anyway, I think that's it.... nothing much unusual.
Next stop was at "Brews Point".... the crowd was the usual chat-hanging around mood with sets of beer of course. The bands played great....I heard "Herbs" played before I came in....damn! We stayed for an hour and the place was packed but no sweat coz it's an open bar anyway. When we finished our set of beer, we decided to run to the next stop.....Sorry I forgot the name but I think it's called "outbox"...or something. The place is small but breezy (open bar) they play techno while two billiard tables are available for those stick fanatics. They have this blue lights that I think adds to the drunk chill mood. I was even asking what's the purpose of those circle designs on the ceiling which the waiter answered by turning it on. I was like...ahhhh..... its a lamp! We stayed for another hour and ordered two sets of beer. The usual tempura and calamares is still present which we jokingly admit that it is but ironic to eat such food after the mv princess incedent....but that's another story.
Last stop was "Cassanova" we arrived just past midnight and the place was packed. We decided to take the seats located outside the bar which is pretty practical due to vintage points on where you can witness who's going in and out for that matter. They play house and techno and the crowd is pretty not into dance till you sweat type. They just seat and watch people who also watch people etc.....inside is where the party is at but we were so drunk to care and just decided not to join in. We drunk a few .....discussions were brought up and a bit of arguments summed up the evening which I believe to be healthy for social gatherings like this.
4am and we called it quits......the air was warm and I say....... the party never stops....and it's evolving!
